Notification of Mandatory COVID-19

Testing in Huadu District

　　广大市民群众：

　　根据最新疫情防控形势，为切实保障广大人民群众生命安全和身体健康，我区定于2022年10月19日8时起在全区范围内启动全员核酸检测。现就有关事项通告如下：

　　Given the current COVID-19 situation, to effectively protect the health and safety of the public, Huadu District will conduct a district-wide COVID testing on all residents and visitors starting from 8:00 on October 19. We hereby notify you of the details as follows:

　　一、检测对象：辖区所有居民（包括本地常住人口、暂住人口、临时流动人口、外籍人口等），居家隔离和居家健康监测人员另行安排。中低风险区、临时管控区范围内人员根据所在镇（街）、村（社区）、网格员通知到指定采样点落实核酸检测。

　　1. Testing Scope: All residents in Huadu District (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, transients, foreign nationals, etc.). Separate arrangements will be made for those who are subject to home quarantine and home health monitoring. Residents and visitors in temporary lockdown zones shall follow the notifications of their town (subdistrict), village (community) committees or grid managers and get tested at the designated sites.

　　二、为避免人员聚集和等候时间过长，请根据所在村（居）委工作人员的通知指引，分时段有序到达指定地点开展检测，应检尽检，不漏一户，不落一人。

　　2. To avoid large crowds and long queues, please follow the instructions of village (community) committee staff and take the test in your allocated time slots at the designated sites. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual.

　　三、前往采样点时，请佩戴好口罩，携带手机，提前准备好“粤核酸小程序”采样码，以便采样现场的快速高效查验。老人、小孩没有手机的，可在家人手机账号下添加生成其二维码。

　　3. Please wear a mask, bring your mobile phone and get your Guangdong COVID-19 Testing (Yuehesuan) QR code ready for a faster on-site verification process. Senior residents and minors who do not have a smart phone may get a QR code on their family members’ devices.

　　四、请持黄码以及收到短信提醒的居民朋友，就近到黄码核酸采样点通过黄码通道进行核酸检测。

　　4. If you have a yellow health code or have received a text message from CDC, please go to the testing site for yellow code holders.

　　五、在采样现场，请听从工作人员指挥，按要求进出场地。请与采样台保持三米以上距离，与排队前后人员保持一米以上距离，有序排队，不扎堆、不交谈。

　　5. Follow the staff’s instructions while you enter and exit the testing site. Please follow social distancing of one meter and stay at least three meters away from the sampling desk. Stay in queues, and do not gather.

　　六、在接种新冠疫苗48小时内暂不进行核酸采样，请及时向社区工作人员报备说明情况，待48小时后再进行采样。新冠肺炎出院患者居家健康监测结束后3个月内不参加区域内大规模核酸检测，可向村（居）委申请上门进行单独采样。

　　6. If you have taken a COVID-19 vaccination shot within 48 hours, please do not take the test until it’s 48 hours later. Please report this to your community staff. If you are a recovered COVID-19 patients, you should not participate in the district-wide PCR testing within three months after completing home health monitoring. In this case, you can apply to your village (community) committee for door-to-door test service.

　　七、核酸检测结果出具前，请尽量减少流动，暂不参与聚集性活动，如有发热等不适症状，请就近到医院发热门诊就诊。

　　7. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before the test results come out. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.

　　温馨提示：不参加核酸检测将会给您的生活带来诸多不便，造成严重后果的，还需承担相应法律责任。为了您和全区人民的安全健康，请积极配合核酸检测工作。

　　Note: Failure to participate in the testing will bring you considerable inconvenience to life. You will be held legally liable if any serious consequence is caused. To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing.
