The 8th Digital China Construction Summit was recently held in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The "Enabling Digital Intelligent Transformation of Regional Industry Clusters through New Industrialization Digital Service Platform Project of Huadu District, Guangzhou", a joint creation by Huadu Bureau of Science, Industry and Information Technology, Huawei, Zhiyun Technology, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and Jiadu Technology, was awarded the "Digital City Gold Prize of 2025 Digital China Innovation Competition".

“Digital Intelligence Leads to High-Quality Development “is the theme of this year's Digital China Construction Summit, co-organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Fujian Provincial Government. Centering on theme of “Smart Green Cities Built by China”, the 2025 Digital China Innovation Competition - Digital Cities, hosted by the organizing committee of the Digital Summit, is open to cities and enterprises around the world for the collection of benchmark cases of sustainable urban development practices, and committed to integrating green development with digital smart cities, and to promoting the transformation of “Built by China” to “Intelligently Built by China”. After several rounds of evaluation, Huadu District's Enabling Digital Intelligent Transformation of Regional Industry Clusters through New Industrialization Digital Service Platform Project stood out and won the Gold Prize.

The Huadu District New Industrialization Digital Service Platform is an important achievement of the government-enterprise partnership and industry-research cooperation, involving multiple parties, including Huadu Government, Huawei, Zhiyun Technology, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and Jiadu Technology. The goal is to enable enterprises to rapidly improve quality and efficiency through digitalization at a low cost, to reduce the digitalization threshold for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and to build up confidence in digital transformation. It is the first city-level industrial artificial intelligence center in China and the only provincial-level promotion center for digital transformation of manufacturing in Guangdong Province.
