Today's Huadu News: March 23, the District Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Huadu Sub-bureau of Guangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau rallied the five parties to the premises construction project of Guangzhou Fong's Co., Ltd., and issued construction planning permit and construction works permits on the spot.

　　 The premises construction project of Guangzhou Fong's Co., Ltd. is the first successful case of cross-agency mechanism for approval of construction planning and work permits for simple low-risk projects with private investment, which is adopted by Guangzhou in order to optimize business environment. The District Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and District bureau of Planning and Natural Resources completed the approval process of the two licenses in 3 days, greatly improving the efficiency and reducing the time.

　　 Behind this highly efficient approval result is the strong support of departments at the city level, and Huadu District Government's continuous strengthening of internal interaction, external coordination, and proactive services. For simple low-risk projects with private investment, relevant enterprises only need to submit one application to be processed on-line by the housing and planning departments, which will also circulate the information to water supply, power supply, public security and other departments for related business services. Moreover, supervision service and construction drawing design review, the costs of which were formerly paid by the enterprises, have been included in government purchase program and will not cost the enterprises a penny.

　　 In the next step, the District will continue strict implementation of relevant policies issued by the Guangzhou city and keep optimizing and simplifying the approval process to reduce the entire approval process of such projects to 6 procedures and complete it in 28 days without any charges on the enterprises; so as to benefit enterprises and improve business climate of the District.
