    Today’s Huadu News: On April 30, the "May Day" Huayang Shopping activity of Huadu District kicked off in Guangzhou Sunac Cultural Tourism City. Themed on "Happy Shopping in Guangzhou”, the event rallied over 100 commerce and trade companies in shopping mall, professional market, catering, cultural tourism and other fields to launch a full series of consumption promotions and offer discounts mainly for cars, leather bags, cosmetics, and jewelry. And in Guangzhou major commercial districts, department stores and retailers, and catering companies have been mobilized to hold a city wide interactive consumption promotion event named "Happy Shopping in Guangzhou”, in which subsidies are given to car purchase, and coupons are issued for cultural tourism. While they are endeavoring to keep the epidemic under control against the background of new normal, governments at all levels, from the central to the local, also placing great emphasis on bridging the resumption of business with unleashing of domestic demand and the promotion of consumption, so as to make up for the consumption of goods and services.
