Guangzhou's First “E-net for Rural Rejuvenation" Project Starts When Rural E-commerce Industrial Park in Huadu Comes into Operation

A launch ceremony was held on November 29th for the operation of Huadu District Rural E-commerce Industrial Park in Zhudong Village, Chini Town. With 15 outstanding rural e-commerce companies as first settlers, it is the first rural e-commerce industrial park under the project of E-net for Rural Rejuvenation in Guangzhou. The ceremony was witnessed by Huadu deputy Party chief Cheng Xuejin, deputy District mayors Hu Biaofa and Xu Rongya, and other leaders.

Based on the District's advantageous resources in e-commerce, Huadu District Rural E-commerce Industrial Park is run by a professional management and operation team specialized in rural e-commerce park under the management of Chini Town Government, with the guidance of the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau, and supported by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Focusing on rural e-commerce, and strengthening connectivity with well-known e-commerce platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Jingdong, Pinduoduo, Taobao, Tmall, as well as with rural e-commerce related resources in the District, the Industrial Park establishes an industry-based, and rural e-commerce-focused digital agricultural development platform that integrates training, display, experience, and e-commerce sales. Its main aim is to cultivate rural e-commerce supply chain system, e-commerce professionals and team support system, and create a closed-loop Internet + agricultural business ecology to help rural revitalization.

Underlain with the industries, the Industrial Park applies technological means to display the agricultural development and achievements of Huadu District in the forms of real products, models, pictures and videos. And centering on high-quality products of digital agriculture of Huadu District, Industrial Park aims to perfect livestreaming commerce supply chain, establish a product selection center, combine e-commerce with product display, promotion, and sales, connect the links for agricultural product consumption, realize a closed-loop digital agriculture business ecosystem that integrates the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and create a demonstrate model for the integrated development of all three industrial sectors. Its well-equipped rooms of themed live broadcast and strong capacity in e-commerce operation management lay a solid foundation for talent cultivation and team incubation.
