On the 22^nd, the media group reached Huadu District for a one-and-a-half-day research and interview, aiming to understand how modern agriculture, high-tech, intelligent transportation and other industries can promote the high-quality urban development.

　　Visited villages and enterprises for successful experience

　　The first stop of the group on the day was Lingnan Bonsai Town, where they visited the Master Garden of the Village Committee, learned about its construction and operation in detail, and sought the secret of Ruiling Village’s success in the transformation and upgrading in which it lifted itself from a "backward village" to a "demonstration village” by turning "small bonsai" into a "big industry".

　　Lingnan Bonsai Town is located in Chini Town and was included in the list of characteristic towns of Guangdong Province in 2021. Along the Gushu Avenue, Chini Town has created a "Ten-mile Promenade of Bonsai", and constructed continuous landscape areas of bonsai trees, to form a Lingnan bonsai town integrating tourism agriculture and Lingnan culture, showcasing a landscape pattern in which of "every garden is a unique scene, every village is a unique painting, and every line is a unique view". Chini Town has been rated as a provincial professional town of the project of “one product in one village, one industry in one town", Zhudong Village has been recognized as a "Guangdong Characteristic Industrial Village", and Ruiling Village has been awarded the honor of national demonstration village of "One Product in One Village”. Now, the bonsai industry of the town employs 3,000 people, sells 500 million yuan bonsai a year, and receives 300,000 tourists every year.

In August 2019, Didi announced that the autonomous driving department was upgraded to an independent company, which being one of the first in China to demonstration application license of intelligent networked vehicle, would focus on autonomous driving research and development, product application and development of related business. As a typical company that adheres to independent research and big supporter of technology investment, Didi Autonomous Driving became the first to offer manned testing services to the public in Shanghai in June 2020, and in March 2021, Didi Autonomous Driving signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Huadu District, Guangzhou to become a company based in Huadu, Guangzhou. With the strong support of governments of Guangzhou and Huadu District, Didi Autonomous Driving successively obtained Levels 1 to 3 open road test licenses and commercial operation license in less than two years. 　　JD GHM Greater Bay Area (Huadu) Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy cum Digital Economy Industrial Park is located in Huadu, Guangzhou. 　　Marelli Automotive Electronics (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is the first factory invested in China by Magneti Marelli Group, a leading global automotive supplier. The company has a premise about 40,000 square meters consisting of modern workshops and office space. The company employs over 800 people, of which more than 30% is engineering and technical staff. The company recorded a turnover of 2.580 billion yuan and a tax payment of 143 million yuan in 2022. As a national high-tech enterprise, the company always attaches importance to R & D investment, and combination of scientific and technological innovation with industrialization. 　　Research and interview on key projects

　　The first leg of the tour in the morning of the 23^rd is CTS Jiulong Lake project. China Tourism Group is an important state-owned backbone enterprise under direct management of the central government, and is the only central enterprise in Hong Kong that has tourism as its core business, and is a flagship enterprise in China's tourism industry that is the longest in history, complete in industrial chain, large in operating scale and high in brand value. In order to promote the deeply integrated development of culture and tourism, CTG Investment has engaged Aranya, a brand dedicated to beautiful lifestyle in China, to operate the project, with the goal of building Jiulong Lake into a national-level tourist resort, a cultural and leisure destination, and a new benchmark for cultural tourism in the Greater Bay Area.

　　Later, the Group visited the site of Baiyun Airport Phase III Expansion Project, which is a key construction project of China's civil aviation, Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, and is the largest reconstruction and expansion project ever in the history of China's civil aviation sector. With a total investment of 53.77 billion yuan, the project is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2025. Upon its completion, Baiyun Airport will have an annual passenger traffic capacity of 120 million and a cargo and mail traffic capacity of 3.8 million tons. With a terminal passenger traffic capacity of 140 million and a cargo and mail traffic capacity of 6 million tons, the Airport will lead in the world in terms of passenger and cargo traffic. The project is of great significance to accelerate the construction of Guangzhou as an international aviation hub, to enhance the power and core competency of the international hub, to promote the construction of a world-class airport cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and to improve the "3+4+8" layout of transport airports of Guangdong.
