On March 1^st, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for Guangzhou Hersio Auto Parts Co., Ltd. This is the first local project of production expansion that exceeds 500 million yuan in investment in Chili Town in recent years, and it is also a key project of this year's investment promotion for Huadu District. Li Xiaodong, Deputy Party Chief and Mayor of the District, Zheng Zhongmin, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Director of Huadu District Autocity Administrative Committee, and relevant responsible persons of the District and the town attended the event to witness this important moment.

　　Zheng Zhongmin said Huadu was now vigorously implementing the investment promotion mechanism of "project orientation”, in which direction of investment promotion for key industry was decided through "proposal" and "call for bid" , and "award" and "voting" to carry out project initiation. The whole District had accepted performance in projects as appraisal criteria, and a strong atmosphere of "all for investment and projects" was prevailing.

　　The year 2023 is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Focusing on the construction of key projects, Chini Town began its "first runner" in the first race, striving to be successful. Founded on September 26, 2001, Guangzhou Hersio Industrial Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise of Chini Town, which focuses on the two major fields: die-casting of automobile engine aluminum alloy parts and sale of Aion cars, a new energy brand of GAC, and is the largest distributor and core first-tier supplier of Aion. In early January 2023, Hersio Auto and Huadu District formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to create a Hersio new energy auto parts project for GAC Aion. The project, including construction of R&D buildings and production plants among others, will have a total investment of not less than 800 million yuan, and yield an annual output value of not less than 800 million yuan, and an annual tax of not less than 52 million yuan. With the strong support of the main leaders of the District and the officials in direct charge, it took only 36 days for the project to complete the whole process from project proposal to formalities of land transfer . In less than 10 days after the finalization of land transfer, the ground-breaking ceremony was held, which is a typical example of “land transfer is immediately followed by project launch, which is in turn by construction ”.
