On July 7th, a contract signing ceremony was held in Guanling County for the purchase of Guanling beef and Guanling pepper by entrepreneur members of Huadu District CPPCC and company members of Guangdong Restaurant Association.

　　At the signing ceremony, Guangdong Xiangmanlou Catering Management Company signed a procurement framework agreements with Guanling County Guanling Beef Investment (Group) company, and Guizhou Jiaofeng Zhongxin Pepper Industry Development Company, Abao Fried Buns Guangzhou Zhicheng Supply Chain Company signed a procurement framework agreement with Guanling County Guanling Beef Investment (Group) Company, and Guangzhou Gaoyuanlang Catering Management Company signed a procurement framework agreement with Guizhou Jiaofeng Zhongxin Pepper Industry Development Company.

　　Relevant leaders of the CPPCC Guanling County expressed their hope that during their cooperation, enterprises of the two places would cherish and deepen friendship, and give play to their respective comparative advantages, to complement each other’s strength, push forward deep integration, and continuously promote the rapid economic and social development of the two places.

　　Huang Guiming, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Huadu District and executive vice president of Guangdong Restaurant Association, said that the signing ceremony was the fruit of win-win cooperation between CPPCC Member Workshops of Huadu and Guanling, and was of far-reaching significance. Guanling beef and Guanling pepper were both highly competitive products of Guanling, and Guangdong Restaurant Association would fully tap into the advantages of the platform and go all out to help Guanling beef and Guanling pepper go out of the mountains, settle in Huadu, and have access to the Greater Bay Area.

　　It is reported that the Huadu-Guanling CPPCC East-West Cooperation Guanling Exchange Base is an innovative way for the CPPCC of the two places to perform their duties as CPPCC members by innovating performance vehicle, extend performance reach, and expand performance channels; it is an important platform designed to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two places, and promote the quality and efficiency of the work of the CPPCC of the two places; it is an important channel for idea exchange, union and friendship, and consensus building; and more importantly, it is also a “gas station” that will fuel east-west cooperation. At present, the CPPCC Member Workshops of the two places have facilitated three collective signings, with a transaction amount of more than 70 million yuan.
