On the afternoon of September 26, CPPCC Huadu District organized part of its members to carry out special inspection of key proposals to help transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the high-quality development of Huadu in accordance with the 2023 work arrangement of CPPCC Huadu Standing Committee, and the "Proposals Related to the Suggestion of Stimulating the Innovation Vitality of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Helping Huadu ""base the District on intelligent manufacturing". The event was participated by Li Xiaodong, Mayor of Huadu District, Chen Jiafei, Chair of CPPCC Huadu, Cai Qiliang, Deputy Mayor of Huadu District, and CPPCC Huadu leaders Li Rongyu, Chen Weiwen, Xu Zhaodong, and Qiu Chongda, members of the Economic Group and Democratic Party Group, proposers of the proposals, and relevant leaders from various committees and offices of the CPPCC Huadu, District Bureau of Science, Technology, Industry, Commerce and Information, District Bureau of Development and Reform, District Financial Bureau, Administrative Committee of Economic Development Zone, Shiling Town and the District Government Supervision Office.

　　The inspection group visited Guangzhou Huitian New Materials Co., Ltd., Guangdong Simpact Technology Corp., and Guangzhou Hexin Industrial Co., Ltd., to learn more about their business development, marketing, technology research and development, scientific and technological innovation and other aspects of the enterprise, and held a special symposium to listen to the report of the main supporting agencies of the proposals. CPPCC members made suggestions on how to stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises.

　　Chen Jiafei pointed out that stimulating the innovation vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading are the inevitable requirement to achieve high-quality development of Huadu. All departments should focus on studying and solving the key problems related to the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as the combination of innovative development and industrial transformation and upgrading, support of talents, and systems and mechanisms of enterprise development, so as to create a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society. The CPPCC District Committee and its members should perform their duties by bringing forward proposals closely focused on the innovation, development, transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises.

　　Li Xiaodong said that 90% of the enterprises in Huadu were private enterprises that consisting mainly of small and medium-sized enterprises; they played an important role in stabilizing growth, promoting innovation, increasing employment and protecting people's livelihood. All departments, towns and streets should study and implement in a deep-going way the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the development of the private economy, and uphold "two unwaverings"; should accelerate the creation of a market-oriented, rule-of-law, and internationalized first-class business environment, comprehensively build close and clean government-business relations, take the initiative to connect with enterprises, visit the enterprises more often, conduct in-depth analysis for accurate judge, go all out to do a good job in service work, effectively transform the "demand list" of enterprises into the "performance list" of government agencies at all levels, and strengthen support to enterprise in innovation, finance and talent, help enterprises solve problems and stimulate their innovation power, and promote the private economy to grow bigger, better and stronger, so as to accumulate strong momentum for the District to accelerate the construction of a growth pole in northern Guangzhou.
