Workshop on the Development of New Intelligent Manufacturing in Auto Parts Industry Held in Huadu

On July 25, "Step Inside Dongfeng Nissan cum Workshop on the Development of New Intelligent Manufacturing in Auto Parts Industry", an event jointly sponsored by Guangdong Manufacturers Association and Lan-You Technology, was successfully held in Huadu, Guangzhou. The event brought together a great number of elites in the auto parts industry across the country, who centering on such topics as development trends of auto parts manufacturers, digital intelligence strategy, and benchmark practices, discussed how to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and promote enterprises to enhance their digital intelligence-based advantages through new intelligent manufacturing, so as to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.

Participants of the event visited Lan-You Technology's exhibition hall of digital and intelligent automotive, and gained comprehensive knowledge of the advanced solutions and innovative practices for the digitalization and intelligentization of the automotive, with focus on such core businesses as intelligent manufacturing, digital marketing, auto finance, intelligent networking, intelligent cockpit, and intelligent driving. They also had a tour of the assembly and welding workshops among others of Dongfeng Nissan's No. 2 Factory, where they had first hand experience of the highly automated production equipment employed in automotive manufacturing, as well as the advanced technology and highly developed process of new intelligent manufacturing that are fast-paced, highly efficient and detail-oriented.

In the face of profound changes in the global automotive industry, it is only adherence to technological innovation and embrace of digital intelligence of automotive that will enhance the players' core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. Zou Hengqi, Honorary President of the Manufacturing Branch of China Society of Automotive Engineers and former Deputy Chief Engineer of Dongfeng Motor, Xiao Yuan, Director of Intelligent Manufacturing Products Department of Lan-You Technology, Yin Yangwu, former Director of Dongfeng Honda Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Ouyang Huachang, President of Huahao Group, shared their ideas respectively in speeches titled "The Development Trend of Parts in the Automotive Transformation", "Build New Quality Productive Forces, and Create Flexible Supply Chain that is Agile, Efficient and Intelligent", "Innovative Practices of Digital Benchmark Factory of Auto Parts" and "Lean Production Management Planning of Enterprises".

Long Guowen, executive chairperson of Guangdong Manufacturers Association, pointed out that this event was designed to promote the supply chain docking among large, medium-sized and small enterprises of Guangdong Province, to build a platform for learning, exchange and cooperation, to jointly explore the infinite possibilities of the automotive manufacturing, and to develop new quality productive forces, aiming to facilitate the emergence of new growth points in the automotive industry. As a provincial-level service platform for interaction and exchange between the government and enterprises, Guangdong Manufacturers Association will continue to organize visits and docking activities of greater number more extensiveness for large backbone enterprises, famous enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises in the future, to strengthen exchanges, promote the coordinated development of large and medium-sized enterprises, and contribute to the high-quality economic development of Guangdong Province.

Information shows that Lan-You Technology is a national high-tech enterprise, a "demonstration enterprise for technology reform" of the General Office of SASAC Leading Group for Comprehensive Deepening Reform, and a "demonstration enterprise for creation of world-class professions" of SASAC, and was rated as "excellent" in the 2023 special assessment of central enterprises under the "technology reform action".
